Biography
Dr Ripoll Gonzalez has expertise in the fields of public administration, place branding and sustainable regional development. An MSCA fellow, Dr Ripoll Gonzalez uses mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative) and action research to understand stakeholder engagement dynamics and, in particular, citizen participation in place branding processes to inform governance models for sustainable regional development. Next to her work at Erasmus University, she is a Research Associate at the University of Tasmania, Australia and a Research Adjunct at the Griffith Centre for Social and Cultural Research. Prior to working at Erasmus University, she taught and conducted research at Griffith University, Southern Cross University and the University of Tasmania in Australia.
