6-8 November 2024, Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands
The next international conference of the Dutch HRM network aims to explore the intersection of digitalization, the humanization of work and organizations (e.g., creating jobs and organizations to improve the quality of working life and well-being), and the role of HRM as a change agent in shaping the future of work.
