Thursday the 21st of September, we will host Hegelian-Marxist philosopher Paul Cobben, whom you might know from works like Value in Capitalist Society and the new Marx Bevrijd (Marx Liberated). Then, Marxist thinker Samo Tomšič, author of The Capitalist Unconscious and The Labor of Enjoyment, will present new work on the  "antisociality of capitalism.” Afterwards, we will be having some free drinks and snacks in de Gele Kanarie. So come join us for an afternoon of Marxism.

This is a double event with colleague and fellow traveler Sjoerd van Tuinen who will present his book The Dialectic of Ressentiment on September 20th. Desire + Capital will be there, as will Samo and Paul, among many other guests.
