Project description
Providing good care for people with behavior that is difficult to understand, is a complex task for organisations. However, some organisations succeed in providing care worthy of a human being. The Inspectorate Health and Youth noticed these differences. According to the concept of Safety-II they asked ESHPM to identify the fundamentals of choices made by organisations in providing good care for people with behavior that is difficult to understand.
Observations and interviews showed that patterns in the human care were also leading in interactions between collegues, between management and workers, between board and management. All participants are always focused on each other’s needs, and looking for possible improvements.
