What do graduate economists earn? And does it matter which master they have done at which university? ‘SEO Economisch Onderzoek’ conducted research concerning these issues on the basis of CBS microdata.
A comparison is made between the salary developments of different economic studies. A finance program provides the highest salary, a marketing program the lowest. In addition, they also look at the differences between institutions. This research shows that graduates from Amsterdam earn the most, followed by Erasmus University Rotterdam.
