PhD candidate Joaquim Vidiella Martin has accepted a two-year post-doctorate offer from the Centre for Health Service Economics & Organisation at the Nuffield Department of Primary Care (University of Oxford). Congratulations Joaquim!
Joaquim joined the Health Economics group at Erasmus School of Economics in September 2017 as a PhD student affiliated with the Tinbergen Institute and the Erasmus Initiative 'Smarter Choices for Better Health'. His research interests lie in the field of applied microeconomics, more specifically in socioeconomic inequalities in perinatal health and early human capital formation. Joaquim is currently working under the supervision of Prof. Tom Van Ourti, Prof. Eddy Van Doorslaer, and Dr Pilar García-Gómez.
