'Health care systems are like the weather: it's never good'

Should the market or the government solve problems in the healthcare sector like waiting lists and bureaucracy? Finding a balance between those requires a constant search, says health economist Marco Varkevisser, who held his oration at Erasmus University on Friday. There is not a solution to every problem.
