'A family business is not always romantic'

Frans Kramer is the director of Koninklijke Vezet. Starting as a sauerkraut factory in 1890, this family business has grown into the largest vegetable and fruit processor in Europe. In this interview by Elsevier, he answers seven questions about his career and business.
