Erasmus School of Economics host of the 2019 European Job Market

2019 European Job Market hosted at Erasmus School of Economics

Today is the start of the 2019 European Job Market, a two day event hosted by Erasmus School of Economics and facilitated by Marije Stofregen (Congress & Event Services) and students of school association Faector.

Over 1,900 candidates and recruiters of European institutions are looking for quality matches. Interviews with job candidates mostly take place on campus Woudestein.

Guest lecture by Thomas Piketty

Part of the job market is also a guest lecture by Professor Thomas Piketty later today, author of the best seller book Capital in the 21st Century and his latest book Capital and Ideology. In this book he has added a political analysis on the causes of inequality and the rise of populism. The lecture is co-hosted by study association AEclipse and school association EFR.
