The Econometric Career Days 2021 have started. This recruitment event was opened by two prominent Erasmus School of Economics alumni.
Last week, the Econometric Career Days commenced. This great event, organized by study association Faector, had vivid opening speeches by multiple Erasmus School of Economics alumni. First, Jeroen van der Veer, former CEO of Shell, gave a personal story about the lessons he learnt in his career. The next to do this was our alumnus Peer Swinkels. As CEO of Swinkels Family Brewers, he is responsible for the brands Bavaria, Swinckels, Uiltje and many more.
The Director of Alumni Affairs, Charles Hermans, met with them after the opening session and presented them with the one and only Erasmus School of Economics tie. We are happy to see alumni come back to the campus to inspire our students to become the leaders of tomorrow.
