If you have not yet graduated, please submit a graduation statement instead of a diploma with your application. Download the template below, complete it, print it out, and have a university official sign and stamp it in ink. You can then scan the signed statement and upload it with your application.
If your university provides its own graduation statement, it may be accepted if it includes the same information as our template below. Please note that Erasmus School of Economics requires a specific graduation date or month (e.g., "Spring 2025" will not be accepted).
Once you have graduated, you must submit a certified copy of your diploma if you were admitted based on a certified graduation statement. This is to confirm you have graduated and is necessary to finalize your admission.
