    The Erasmus Trustfonds was founded to support research and education projects, organised by the Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) specifically.

  • ISS Hardship fund

    All nationalities | International Institute for Social Studies (ISS) | Master | Scholarship or grant: up to 30% discount on the tuition fee  | Deadline: 15 June each year

    The ISS Hardship Fund is open to Dutch and international students who wish to enroll in the Master of Arts in Development Studies at ISS.

    All nationalities | International Institute for Social Studies (ISS) | Master | Scholarship or grant: 40% of the tuition fee | Deadline: June 15 each year

    International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) established this fund to support excellent students without any other form of scholarship.

  • Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarships

    Japanese nationality and developing country nationals | IHS and ISS | Master | Scholarship or grant: see more information | Deadline: 23 May 2025

    Each year, the programme awards scholarships to individuals from World Bank member countries to undertake graduate studies at renowned universities throughout member countries of the Bank.

  • L-EARN for Impact Scholarship

    Developing country according to the list of the World Bank | ESL, EMC, ESSB | Master | Scholarship or grant: maximum of € 17.500 | Application: Closed | Deadline: Passed

    The scholarship is open to individuals from developing countries with relevant professional experience and a history of supporting their countries’ development efforts applying to a Master’s degree programme.
