A CV is more than just an overview of your experience – it’s your personal business card. But how do you decide what to include and what to leave out?
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to tailor your CV to the job and organization you’re applying for. We’ll cover:
- How to determine what’s relevant: What does the employer want to see, and how can you address that effectively?
- What information to use: Where can you find the right information about the role and organization, and how can you incorporate it into your CV?
- How to structure your CV: Which sections are essential, what can be left out, and how can you ensure a clear, logical layout?
- How to align your experience with the role: Learn how to describe your skills, knowledge, and responsibilities so they match the job requirements and the organization’s needs.
This workshop will help you critically assess your own experience and create a CV that not only highlights your strengths but also directly aligns with what the employer is looking for.
