Biography
Stella Pfisterer is research associate at the Department of Business-Society Management, Rotterdam School of Management at the Erasmus University, and affiliated with the Partnerships Resource Centre.
Stella obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Leiden University (The Netherlands) and a BA in Law, Social Science, and Economics from University of Erfurt (Germany). Before joining RSM, Stella has gained experiences in consultancy, research and project management at Maastricht School of Management, Daimler AG and the German Embassy in Wellington.
Her research focuses on governance and management of cross-sector partnerships for sustainable development. She is particular interested in the effectiveness of partnerships with the private sector embedded in international development cooperation.
Stella developed a series of training and teaching modules related to effective partnership management.
