Prof. Dr. Alessandra Arcuri joined the round table discussions in the Dutch House of Representatives on the new Dutch Model Investment Agreement, held on the 28th of January 2019. She was invited by the general committee for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of the Dutch House of Representatives.
Together with other experts from business, civil society and academia, Prof. Dr. Alessandra Arcuri presented her position paper and engaged in a discussion with Dutch parliamentarians. In this context, Prof. Arcuri recommended specific reforms to the Model Agreement for achieving a more inclusive and sustainable investment policy.
