The Programme Committee Economics is looking for Student Representatives (SRs) for the bachelor-1 cohort in the IBEB and in the Dutch bachelor in Economics. Do you want to represent your fellow students, and discuss their feedback, suggestions, and criticism with the lecturers during courses? Then apply for a position as SR!
The main tasks of SRs are to gather representative feedback from students during the block and discuss this with the lecturers. The Programme Committee will facilitate these discussions. We hope this improves the quality of education by facilitating the provision of feedback by students to lecturers already during the courses.
For the bachelor-1 cohort in IBEB and for the bachelor-1 cohort in the Dutch bachelor in Economics, the SRs start in block 2 and remain a representative for their cohort during the rest of the academic year.
We feel that a good SRs is:
• well-connected and easily approachable by students;
• present in most lectures and tutorials;
• eager to contribute to ESE education;
