Erasmus University Rotterdam is ranked number 71 in the ranking of National Taiwan University (NTU). This research ranking includes 500 universities worldwide. Erasmus University Netherlands scored as best in the areas of Clinical Medicine and Social Sciences.
NTU Ranking is a ranking of research universities. The ranking is based on the performance in terms of research production, research impact and research excellence. This year the Erasmus University (despite a slight decrease from 65 to 71) is still firmly in the top-100 of the NTU Ranking, along with four other Dutch universities. Utrecht University is the highest ranked on number 35.
Looking at the various Fields, Erasmus University scores best of all Dutch universities in Clinical Medicine (20) and Social Sciences (22). In addition, the Erasmus University ranked 52nd in Life Sciences and 64th in Pharmacology & Toxicology.
