Together with ESN-Rotterdam, we invite you to our monthly film night on campus. To celebrate the upcoming International Women’s Day (March 8), we will screen Greta Gerwig’s Barbie.
About the film:
"She's everything. He's just Ken."
Barbie and Ken are having the time of their lives in the colorful and seemingly perfect world of Barbie Land. However, when they get a chance to go to the real world, they soon discover the joys and perils of living among humans. For Ken that means something with horses and a thing called patriarchy. Barbie finds out she’s not so stereotype as she thought.
As an audience you will quickly see behind the bubblegum pink world and hear one of the best speeches ever.
