The EURvision Song Contest 2025, organized by EMA, ESN, and SG, is the equivalent of the Eurovision song contest held every year in Europe. But this time, students of EUR are performing their original song during the Grand finals.
The EURvision Song Contest 2025 creates the opportunity for talented songwriters to perform their original song for a large audience together with a full orchestra. The contestants send in a video of them performing their original song and they may get selected for the online semi finals, where the audience can vote for their top 3 artists.
The most popular 8 contestants will be selected to perform their song in the Erasmus Aula. In the month prior to the finals, the contestants will pair up with experienced songwriters and composers to arrange their song for a full orchestra. The winner will get two tickets for one day at the North Sea Jazz Festival 2025. The second and third place will win a music giftcard.
