This day workshop will address theoretical and practical issues on climate justice at the intersection of philosophy, economics, and law, bringing together theoreticians and practitioners from all three disciplines. A special focus will be on the duties of states, companies, and individuals to take action against climate change.

Furthermore we will focus on the use of international law and human rights legislation as an instrument to enforce climate actions.The dialogue between academics, NGOs and activists aims to explore how academic work can be made fruitful for action for climate justice, while allowing the experience of practitioners to inform academic inquiry.
