Biography
Oemar van der Woerd has completed MSc degrees in healthcare management and public administration and is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer in the Department of Healthcare Governance and Erasmus Centre for Healthcare Management at Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam. Through mainly ethnographic research methods, his research focuses on the meaning and practice of governing across traditional organisational boundaries for healthcare organisations and their management.
