Project description
This project examines the epistemological claims of Big Data. The key question this project addresses is whether Big Data will change evidence generation in healthcare. The project includes a systematic review of editorials in scientific journal to distinguish the different discourses of Big Data in health care. In addition to the review, several case studies and an auto-ethnography will be conducted to study the epistemological claims of Big Data in everyday practice.
