We are pleased to introduce the newly elected members of the ERIM PhD Council (EPC), who will play a key role in representing the interests of PhD candidates within our community.
ERIM PhD Council Members
Chair & Academic Liaison: Alexandra Bul
Treasurer: Marloes Hagens
Community Liaison: Natasha Sutherland
Interaction Manager: Lonneke Weterings
The EPC is dedicated to advocating for the needs of PhD candidates and organising both academic and social activities to strengthen the sense of community. Natasha will focus on initiatives around mental well-being and general support, while Lonneke will coordinate all social events to bring the community together. Alexandra, as Chair and Academic Liaison, will work to ensure the academic concerns of PhD students are addressed. Marloes will oversee the financial aspects of the Council’s activities.
Feel free to reach out to any of the EPC members with ideas, questions, or feedback – you can also find their contact details on MyERIM. We look forward to seeing their impact as they help shape a more connected PhD community at ERIM!
