Contact PhD Education

You have several ways to contact Erasmus MC Graduate School if you have questions about your PhD trajectory. Most answers to your questions you can find on STiP and Agora. If you can’t find your answer there, you can contact us here: 

• For questions about courses, your PhD trajectory, events or other PhD related matters, send an e-mail to: graduateschool@erasmusmc.nl.  

• For questions about Hora Finita you can send an email to: horafinita@erasmusmc.nl.  

• If you have input for the PhD newsletter, you can send your input to GSoffice@erasmusmc.nl.  

Walk-in hours for PhD candidates 
The Graduate School Office offers a walk-in moment every Monday between 10.00h and 12.00h at Na-2016. During this time PhD candidates and supervisors are welcome to ask all the questions they have and can’t find answers to on STiP regarding e.g. PhD trajectory, PhD education, wellbeing, living in the Netherlands etc. There’s no need to register, just come and visit us on Na-20.
