Various initiatives are developed, advocated, implemented and/or executed by the Chief Diversity Officer, the manager IDEA Center and designated project leads.
Within the faculties, the Faculty Diversity Officer, next to the dean, has an important role in bringing change. IDEA Center also works closely with the HR and Marketing & Communications departments.
The Executive Board receives reports annually. In the periodical bilateral meetings between the Executive Board and IDEA Center (BILO) these reports are discussed in order to monitor progress (in substance and finances).
