Biography
Cornelius A. (Niels) Rietveld is associate professor at the department of Applied Economics, Erasmus School of Economics, Erasmus University Rotterdam and executive director of the Erasmus University Rotterdam Institute for Behavior and Biology. He also serves as Director of Doctoral Education at Erasmus School of Economics, and he is a member of Young Erasmus Academy. As PI of the ERC SG project "Genes, Policy, and Social Inequality", he currently focuses on how gene-environment interactions lead to socio-economic inequalities.
