Where did you intern and what was your position?

I did my internship at Venture Cafe Rotterdam as a social media and marketing intern

What were your main tasks?

My main tasks included managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter) and the website, sending out weekly newsletters and helping with the preparation for our networking event every Thursday (which is free to attend and open to everyone so you should definitely check it out!)

How did you find this internship?

I found my internship mainly through my network and the people that I already knew on the Venture Cafe team.

Any tips for students looking for internships?

Stay positive, enjoy the process and don't be afraid to approach all companies that you have even the slightest interest in working at! Also, don’t forget to use your network and ask around, you never know what might come your way!
