Our online exhibition ‘Special Collections – Acquisitions Economics’ is now available. On display is a selection of last year’s acquisitions of Special Collections, specifically in the field of economics.
In Special Collections we hold many historical publications and sources for the study of the history of economic thought.
Last year, the University Library and Rotterdamsch Leeskabinet collected several valuable sources for the study of the history of economics, for example a rare edition of Defence of Usury by Jeremy Bentham with a letter to the philosopher and political economist Adam Smith. This work and many others from our Special Collections are featured in this exhibition
