During this conference Nadine discussed the differences in Dutch versus American newspapers in the coverage of the #MeToo movement.

Nadine showed in her presentation that there are differences between the Dutch and American newspapers, when it comes to the coverage of the #MeToo movement, on three levels. First of all the longevity of the news coverage differs between the two countries. The marginalization of voices in the use of sources differs. Lastly, the placing blame differs between the coverage of the two countries.
