The bachelor programmes History and Arts and Culture Studies are at the top of the ranking of best study programmes by Keuzegids 2022. The Keuzegids is the independent study comparator of the Netherlands. Every year a guide is published with the rankings of MBO, HBO, University and Master programmes.
History
History at Erasmus University Rotterdam has been number one in the Keuzegids rankings for years. Last year, the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam took over the leading position. History in Rotterdam scores well on the criteria curriculum, examination, lecturers and scientific training. With a total score of 74, Erasmus University Rotterdam scores 6 points more than the number two, the Vrije University Amsterdam.
Arts and Culture Studies
Arts and Culture Studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam ranks first place in the Keuzegids for the first time this year. The top position is shared with Maastricht University. Arts and Culture Studies in Rotterdam stands out on the criteria lecturers, examination and the continuation to the second year. With a total score of 71, Erasmus University Rotterdam and Maastricht University score two points higher than the numbers two, Open University and Tilburg University.
