ESHCC is scored really well, according to the new Keuzegids for Higher Education 2019. The bachelor’s degree programmes are doing better compared to other universities in The Netherlands.
The Keuzegids Hoger Onderwijs (annual Guide for Higher Education targeting prospective students and their parents) was published last week. It contains good news for the ESHCC bachelor programs: Both History and Arts and Cultural Studies are at a (shared) first place in their respective domains. Students of both programmes are also very enthusiastic on how they learn to read and write scientific articles, as well as how they are able to develop an eye for details.
IBCoM is on the third place of the 12 degree programs in communication and media that are reviewed in the article. Only the (very) small-scale, specialized communication programs at Wageningen University and the Technical University Twente rank higher, but that is always the case and appears to be connected to their specific profile. Furthermore, an above average amount of the first year students of the respective programmes pass to their second year compared to the other universities.
