Early bird fees (until 22 May)
- AAA/EAA Member Registration (includes gala dinner: 360,- Euro
- AAA/EAA Member Registration (includes gala dinner) + Extra Gala Dinner Ticket for Accompanying Person: 510, - Euro
- Regular Registration (includes gala dinner): 390,- Euro

Social activity
On Saturday 28 June, there will be a social activity (Rotterdam city tour – Experience Rotterdam like a local). If you want to join this, an extra fee of 25 euro applies.

Pre-conference, Doctoral Colloquium, and Welcome Reception
ICORIA will start with a pre-conference and the doctoral colloquium.
The welcome reception will be at the Perenhof (Garden of Pears) at the Trompenburg Gardens & Arboretum
Conference Day 1 and Gala Dinner
Join us for the ICORIA 2025 Gala Dinner at Hal4 aan de Maas which is located right next to the Maas.
Conference Day 2 and City Tour
Join us for a sightseeing tour and experience Rotterdam like the locals do! A local city guide will tell you personal stories, interesting facts and figures, hotspots & must-sees in Rotterdam.
