In a dynamic, multicultural environment as part of an international college of art and design, provide support for the marketing and communications mission of Paris College of Art :

Social Media and Website

  • Monitor social media channels and create and post communications.
  • Research and write articles about PCA activities, faculty & alumni news, and more.
  • Assist with the maintenance of public website, making regular, timely, and accurate updates of the site.
  • Assist in the development of advertising campaigns on Google Adwords, Instagram and Tiktok

Visual Documentation

  • In coordination with the Academic Department Heads organize the reproduction of student artwork. Gather, organize and archive all visual documentation.
  • Participate in the creation of visual content: photos and video

General

  • Participate in the organization of special events including logistics, invitations, and reception of guests.
  • Research PCA alumni, identify their professional successes to be communicated and develop a contact database.
  • Assist with various other marketing activities such as direct mail campaigns and promotional packets both in print and electronic form.

Skills Required

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of/Experience with Google Adwords, Instagram ads, and TikTok ads helpful
  • Good sense of visual design
  • Facility with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
