At November the 11th, 2022, the International Martin Luther Conference on 'Free trade and free will? Erasmus, Luther and current economic challenges' will take place in Rotterdam. You are welcome to participate in the conference. Registration (for free) is possible by the link above.
Government intervention in the free market is once again in the spotlight. For example, the European Union is currently looking whether to intervene in the energy market in order to deal with the energy crisis. Is the market really free?
Against the background of these and other current economic issues, the 15th Luther Conference will reflect on the theme 'Free trade and free will? Erasmus, Luther and current economic challenges.' We want to reflect on the (un)freedom of the market, as seen around us, from Luther's and Erasmus' perspective on freedom.
The LutherConference and the awarding of the LutherRose 2022 will take place on Friday, 11th November 2022 from 3.00 p.m. in the Hoflaankerk in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
