Biography
My research investigates how mergers and acquisitions (M&A) affect organizational performance. In my current studies, I focus on factors that improve decision making effectiveness in the target integration process and on internal and external conditions that stimulate knowledge transfer between acquiring and acquired firms.
Before starting my PhD, I worked as a patent licensing officer in the pharmaceutical sector.
I obtained both my BA in Business and Administration and my MS in Economics and Management of Innovation at Bocconi University of Milan.
