Biography
Working at home became a lot more accessible in the last few years with people enjoying more flexibility and opportunities to balance work and personal life.
I can see this as an opportunity for employers to embrace new ways of working that are a lot more caring for employees, and will improve attraction and retention of talent.
Despite increasing demand, there is often a reluctance to move away from traditional working patterns, even when organisational policies support this.
Through my research, I help to bridge the gap between organisational policies and practices. Focusing on employee experience, I look at how businesses can support their staff to work more flexibly and achieve a better work life balance.
