How to log in to Hora Finita

The login process varies between EUR and Erasmus MC.

Login process EUR

To log in to Hora Finita you need an erna id (contact HR or your supervisor if you do not have a staff login) and you need to have MFA enabled on your ERNA ID (contact the Service Desk if you have problems with your MFA).

1. Go to http://horafinita.eur.nlOpens external and then click on the button ‘Login with erna id/microsection number’
2. You’ll be led to the SURFcontext services and asked to select your institution. Select Erasmus University Rotterdam. This will bring you to the familiar erna login page.
3. After the erna login page, you will now also receive an additional confirmation via the authenticator app (Microsoft Authenticator) on your phone.
4. Please follow your instruction on your phone and the screen. Microsoft remembers your registration with MFA for 90 days, so you don’t always have receive the MFA notification.
5. You are now logged in to Hora Finita.

Login process Erasmus MC

In order to log in to Hora Finita, your laptop or computer must be connected to the Erasmus MC network. To access the Erasmus MC network from your personal computer (for example at home), you must have remote access to the Erasmus MC network.

To log in to Hora Finita, you need a microsection number (contact HR or your supervisor if you do not have a staff login).

1. In case you are NOT on the Erasmus MC premises go to http://mijnwerkplek.erasmusmc.nl. If you have not requested remote access yet, please consult the procedure described in the manual 'How to login (Erasmus MC)'. 
2. Go to http://horafinita.eur.nl and then click on the button ‘Login with erna id/microsection number’.
3. You’ll be led to the SURFcontext services and asked to select your institution. Select Erasmus MC. This will bring you to the familiar Erasmus MC login page.
4. You are now logged in to Hora Finita.
