Exchange students from other faculties than ESHCC can go to this page to discover their options.
N.B:
- Below you can find the courses available to ESHCC exchange students. Courses not mentioned in the overview are NOT open to exchange students.
- The Feeling Orange course is a course in which the different disciplines within ESHCC come together. All ESHCC exchange students will be automatically registered for this course. This course will take place in Term 2 & 4.
- Information about the available courses can be found by searching for the course code (CMxxxx/CHxxxx/CCxxxx) in the EUR Course Catalogue.
- We will make sure to update these lists in case of changes. So, please make sure to always look for the most recent version of the files.
Please carefully note the following requirements and restrictions:
- The fulltime (and maximum) ECTS allowed during the exchange programme is 30 ECTS per semester (15 OR 17.5 ECTS per term). If your course registrations exceed the maximum workload per Term (which is 15 OR 17.5 ECTS), you will be randomly unenrolled from courses.
- The minimum amount of ECTS you are required to take per term is 5 ECTS.
- Courses not mentioned in the course offer list are NOT open to exchange students.
- ESHCC exchange students should follow at least 50% of their total number of courses within their host department (i.e. Arts & Culture Studies, History, or Communication & Media). You also have access to designated courses in other academic fields/Faculties at Erasmus University Rotterdam based on schedule availability and subject to being approved by the respective programme directors. Please visit here for more information regarding this matter.
- If you are a Fall semester (Semester 1) exchange student who plans to return home before January, please be aware that our Term 2 ends at the end of January (refer to the academic calendar here). We do not offer special accommodations, such as early exams or non-mandatory attendance, to facilitate an earlier departure. You should consider our academic calendar prior to your application for exchange at ESHCC.
- Note the ‘Attendance rules’ available here. You can check the format of the courses by checking the ‘Instructional modes’ of the course in the EUR Course Catalogue.
- Note that we have limited capacity in some courses and our course registration procedure is based on a first come, first served.
You can find the course registration procedure on this page. Please note that you can only access this webpage with your EUR student account.
When visiting this page, please make sure to carefully read all ‘General information’ in addition to your ‘Degree specific information’; ‘ESHCC Exchange’.
