Wanted: Real-life HR or people management challenges for our master’s students

Are you seeking fresh perspectives on your strategic people & change management? Do you want to gain valuable insights into the latest trends and research in human resource and change management? Are you interested in working with ambitious master's students who can offer new ideas and viewpoints? If so, we’d love to collaborate with you!

Seeking HR or Change challenges across various sectors

We are currently seeking organizations (companies, NGO’s, knowledge institutes) with HR or change management challenges across various sectors working on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. During a four-month consultancy project, our master's students from the People, Organizations, and Change (POC) master are excited to explore and address issues from your organization to enhance people management.

These students are prepared to tackle questions such as:

  • How can we attract a specific generation of new employees?
  • Why are employees leaving our organization, and how can we prevent this?
  • How can we best implement our new strategy?
  • How can we use Generative AI to help transform our organization?

What will students do for your company?

This consultancy project will run from September 2024 to December 2024. Partner organizations will be matched with a team of 3-5 student consultants who will work on a strategic change challenge you provide. At the end of the course, they will present to you a thorough, evidence-based diagnosis of the problem your company is struggling with. This team will also propose an implementation plan to tackle the underlying issue or the root cause of the challenge
