Important to know is that student housing in the Netherlands is not arranged for you by the university. This is your own responsibility. We strongly advise you to plan ahead and start looking at least 3 months before arrival. Most of our students find their student home on the private market.
But Erasmus University Rotterdam can offer limited rooms for the exchange Spring Semester 2023-2024.
We offer:
- 165 shared rooms at SSH (rental price per month between € 500 – €825)
SSH is one of the largest student housing providers in Rotterdam and offers rooms on and nearby campus. You will have a fully-furnished room but share the bathroom/toilet/kitchen with other students of the same gender.
- Fixed rental periods:
- 1 January – 15 May 2024
- 1 January – 15 July 2024*
- 1 February – 15 July 2024*
*Due to maintenance works the end date for rooms in the Hatta Building will be 2 July 2024 and the end date for the rooms in building De Blaauwe Molen will be 8 July 2024.
